At Bayberry Commons, we know that comfort and happiness are the building blocks to well being. That’s why we make sure to integrate the best medical care available with the special touches that help residents feel at ease.

Under the supervision of our medical director and director of nursing, our staff works together to encourage open communication with each resident, their family members and attending physicians.

Our direct care team of specialty nurses and certified nursing assistants are highly trained to handle the unique requirements of each patient. These dedicated professionals are on site 24 hours a day, seven days a week, working to help insure that all needs are answered quickly and appropriately. Physical, occupational and speech therapies are also provided in our rehabilitation suite.

Moving to a skilled nursing home is an adjustment for both the resident and their loved ones. Therefore, our social services director is always available to help both resident and family adjust to changing circumstances. We work closely with other health professionals to provide counseling, referrals, and discharge planning when needed.
