Staff and Services

Regardless of whether an individual needs long term convalescence or short term rehabilitation following a hospital stay, the philosophy of West Shore Health Center remains constant: Provide consummate health care services focused on helping each person attain their maximum potential in a supportive, comfortable environment.

We know that the key to good health is all encompassing and that each individual is markedly different. That’s why our interdisciplinary professional staff treats the whole person – mind, body and spirit. The physical, medical and emotional needs of each individual are met through the collaborative efforts of our medical director, rehabilitation specialists, nursing staff, dieticians, social workers and activity personnel.
