FROM PROVIDENCE:

Take 95 South to Exit 1. Bear right onto Route 3.
Follow Route 3 for 6 miles through Ashaway, into Westerly.
Go under the Route 78 bridge and bear right at the fork (this is High Street). The entrance to Westerly Health Center is about 1/4 mile up on the left.

FROM CONNECTICUT / NY:

Take 95 North to Exit 92 in Connecticut.
At end of exit go right onto Route 2. Then take another right onto Route 78 towards Westerly/Misquamicut.
Get off at Exit 3 and at the end of the exit go left. Westerly Health Center is on the immediate left.

FROM NARRAGANSETT:

Route 1 South into Westerly. Just past Stop and Shop take a right onto Route 78 West.
Get off Exit 4 and go left at the end of the exit ramp onto Route 3.
About 1 mile up the road, road bears right onto High Street.
Entrance to Westerly Health Center is about 1/4 mile up on the left.
